CLEANING: Do not touch the edges of the blades! If need be, wash the knife by hand with warm water and a mild dish detergent. Dry the knife immediately with a clean, soft towel after washing. Do not place the knife in a dishwasher.

MEET THE INVENTOR

My name is Robby Berman. I grew up in Woodmere, Long Island, New York, where I attended the Young Israel of Woodmere.

I graduated from HAFTR Jewish Day School, Yeshiva University (BA), Baruch college (MBA), and Harvard University (MPA). I studied at Yeshivat Shar Yoshuv, Yeshivat Bnei Torah, Gruss Kollel, Bar-Ilan University, and Touro College. I currently live in Israel.

When you have a large family or many guests for Shabbat, the forced silence around the table after HaMotzi until you eat the challah can be uncomfortable. For years, I wanted to create the Nuu Nuu Challah Knife—and I finally did.
